INPRI was established in 2007 in Washington, D.C. by a group of highly experienced professionals in diverse and highly complementary disciplines, including management, law, information and communication technology, public financial management, finance and procurement. Its founder, President and CEO is Jorge Claro, an internationally recognized procurement expert and practitioner with more than 35 years of experience on the subject.

Since its creation, INPRI has developed a comprehensive set of courses connecting theory with actual day-to-day applications.
