INPRI, Jamaica Ltd. has designed and delivers a comprehensive Public Procurement Training and Certification Series. It is an intense programme that covers the end-to-end public sector procurement framework. Participants are required to attend in-classroom instruction sessions and to perform out-of-classroom review and study, in order to successfully complete the programme. The Series consists of four volumes, each of which consecutively builds upon the other, ranging from Essential Elements of Public Sector Procurement to Intermediate to Advanced Competence in public sector procurement, complemented by a stand-alone course in Public Sector Procurement Performance Audit and Investigation. Upon completion of each volume, series participants will receive certificates of completion. A minimum of 3 hours of independent study and review is expected.

Participants who are successful in the end-of-level examination will receive the INPRI Certificate of Completion: Public Sector Procurement Audit and Investigation.

Overview: This specialized course targets procurement technicians, managers, regulators, auditors, monitors and investigators. It teaches participants objective, practical ways to monitor, evaluate, audit and ultimately control and manage different aspects of procurement performance and compliance. It also demonstrates a range of management controls and procurement best practice techniques that will uncover and minimize corruption.
